3. Shipping Policy

We take pride in our "small batch" creation process. Products are often made-to-order to ensure maximum freshness.

• Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped after payment is received.

• Carrier: We ship via USPS Parcel Post. (Priority Mail is automatically used for liquid products to ensure safety).

• Shipping Costs: Most individual products ship with ZERO shipping fees. Discounts may apply when ordering multiple items.

• Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic, small-batch, and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• NO REFUNDS will be issued once an order has been processed.

• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can address the issue with the carrier.
