I’m Mama Cee.

Therapist. Grandmother. Digital Entrepreneur. Keeper of the Apothecary.

I’m Mama Cee. Since 1990, I’ve worked as a practicing therapist, helping people navigate the complexities of their minds and hearts. But as I moved into my late fifties, I felt a shift. I wanted to trade the clinical office for my patio. I wanted to trade the 9-to-5 grind for a life that allowed me to pause and play with my grandchildren whenever I wanted.

I didn’t want to "retire" in the traditional sense. I wanted to evolve.

Why "The Apothecary"?

I believe that true success starts with wellness. You can’t build an empire if you’re pouring from an empty cup. My approach fuses the wisdom of natural care—organic skincare, intuition, and self-care hacks—with the sharp strategy of a modern digital business.
