HOW TO USE: Place 2oz. of herbs in muslin bag (provided), then place under hot running water. Each 2 oz. of herbs may be used in two herbal baths. Muslin bag may also be gently rubbed on the skin. Bath teas may also be steeped. Place 2 teaspoons in muslin bag and add 8 oz. of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 min. then add to bath.
MORE USES: Place in decorative bowl for wonderful potpourri! May be used in a sachet-simply tie in a pretty kerchief or material and place in drawer or closet. Clothing and area will smell great.
Facial steams will be more effective- just place 1- 2 teaspoons in pot or bowl of boiling water, place a towel over your head and the bowl. This also may open sinuses NOT FOR ASTHMA!
Did you know teas also help eliminate foot odor? Simply place muslin bag in your foot bath!

RELAXATION Bath Tea:
Signature blend of herbs, including lemon balm, chamomile (leaves/flowers), signature essential oil blend.
Cover and steep for 20 minutes. Add to bath.
Goodnight Time:
Signature blend of herbs, including Lavender, rose petals (leaves/flowers). signature essential oils
Let steep in bathwater while relaxing. Heaven!
Soft & Relaxing Bath Tea:
Signature blend of herbs, including rose (leaves and flowers), oatmeal, full cream, signature essential oils
Steep for 10-15 min. Add to bathwater.
Detoxifying Tea Bath:
Signature blend of herbs, including rosemary, clove (leaves and flowers), signature essential oil blend.
Place bag in bathwater. May use reusable muslin bag to rub sore areas.
